Description

Lila is a 17-year old girl who has the power to move things with her mind however she is the only who knows this. She lives in England with her father however when an incident exposes her ability she decides to move before things get worse. She moves to California to live with her brother, who works with a secret organization called the Unit with his long time best friend Alex. While she lives with him she discovers that her brother and Alex have been working on finding out who murdered her mother five years ago. She also discovers that there might be more people like her, people with unique abilities. She soon learns that they might have something to do with her mom’s death. Lila is about to realize that her world is not what it seemed and the secrets her mother kept from her.

About Sarah Alderson

She was born in London, England and has spent most of her life there. She quit her job in the nonprofit sector in 2009 and took off on a round the world trip with her husband and princess-obsessed daughter on a mission to find a new place to call home. For several months they lived in India, Singapore, Australia and the US. Finally they settled in Bali, Indonesia where Sarah now spends her days writing by the pool. She finished writing Hunting Lila before she left England and wrote second book Losing Lila in India.
